Wise Walking Warriors Walking Program in Far Rockaway at the 59th Street Beach Playground!

This is a FREE 8-week community fitness and nutrition program to promote healthy living.

Every Tuesday and Saturday from September 12th to November 4th 2023.

Schedule

Wednesday: 8:30AM to 9:30AM for walking

Saturday: 8:30AM to 10:45AM for walking and nutrition workshop

** Please come at 8:15 for the group stretch**
